Terms and Conditions for access to the EDU360 Core Infrastructure — Kernel v10. Read carefully before accepting.
Definition of the contractual relationship and scope of the license
The Company grants the Founder Node a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access, use, and validate data within the EDU360 Core (Kernel v10) technological infrastructure.
The Licensee expressly acknowledges that the Company is a software development and data infrastructure (SaaS) entity, and is NOT an institution regulated by the Florida Department of Education.
The issued certifications (UDVs) represent validations of technical competence and data integrity, not traditional degrees. This acquisition is strictly a Software as a Service (SaaS) transaction and does not constitute a regulated enrollment or registration.
Launch Window — First 500 Nodes
By signing this Agreement under the launch window (limited to the first 500 Nodes), the Licensee acquires lifetime Founder Node status.
Single and final payment that guarantees access to the infrastructure without future monthly or annual subscription fees for the current version of the SRAA model.
As a Founder Node, the Licensee will have the right to participate in a reward fund equivalent to 2% of net income from future network validations, conditioned on active participation, technical feedback, and platform auditing.
Legal Note: This reward is not a passive dividend or a financial investment instrument (Security). It is a payment conditioned on the active participation of the Licensee, legally classified as a fee for independent contractor services (Beta Testing / Data Validation).
Rights and responsibilities over digital assets
The Company acts solely as the custodian of this information under strict cybersecurity protocols.
Refund Policy — Given the nature of immediate access to Intellectual Property
During the first 72 hours from the time of payment, the Licensee may request a full refund, provided they have not validated any UDV or downloaded Intellectual Property from the Master Repository.
Once 72 hours have passed or after the minting of the first Validated Domain Unit (whichever comes first), the $750.00 USD payment is considered fully earned and non-refundable, guaranteeing the Node's perpetual access to its data.
Due to the nature of immediate access delivery to Kernel v10 and the Intellectual Property contained in the platform, once the grace period has expired, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Royalty Pool — Active Validation Effort required
THE COMPANY will annually allocate 2% of its Adjusted Net Profit to the "Ecosystem Rewards Fund". To access a prorated participation in said fund, the FOUNDER NODE agrees to perform an Active Validation Effort, which consists of:
Payment of this reward is legally classified as a fee for independent contractor services (Beta Testing / Data Validation), and does not constitute stocks, bonds, equity, passive dividends, or an offer of financial securities (securities).
Digital Bioethics and Sovereignty Protocols (E2-23)
The Company reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the license (without right to refund) if the Founder Node violates the Digital Bioethics and Sovereignty Protocols (E2-23). Causes include, but are not limited to:
Legal framework — State of Florida, United States
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising in connection with this contract shall be resolutely settled in the jurisdiction of Hillsborough County, Florida, the parties waiving any other venue.
By processing the payment on the official gateway of EDU360 GLOBAL SERVICES LLC, the Licensee declares to be of legal age, to have full legal capacity to contract, and to fully accept the terms of this Agreement, as well as the Architecture Protocols (Operating System) that govern the EDU360 Core infrastructure.
